A 90-room ski hotel whose website was quietly losing it money
The site existed. It was working against them.

The problem
The weather widget on the homepage didn't load. The Georgian version fell back to English on a room page because a translation had come unlinked from its original — so the language switcher and the search tags for that page were broken too. Two different page builders styled the same elements two ways. And the hosting bill was roughly triple what the site needed: a full server plan plus extras, for a WordPress site that runs happily on a $6-a-month host.
What we did
Fixed the translation link and the weather widget, reconciled the styles, and added the one thing the hotel actually wanted: a camera icon that jumps straight to the live slope camera. Then we moved the site to Verpex and kept Google Workspace as their mail. The site didn't lose a day during the move.
The morning the domain expired
In September the domain lapsed at the registry — the renewal notices had been going to an old mailbox. Website and email were both down. We traced it the same morning, got the renewal paid, and by evening the domain was back for a year, with HTTPS and mail flowing.
Honestly, not finished
Their DNS still sits on the old hosting server, so the old plan can't be cancelled until that zone moves — one more step, and it's theirs to green-light. When it's done, their yearly cost drops from about 1,050 GEL to about 240.
Price
A rescue like this starts at 4,500 GEL. The hosting we recommend is included for the first year.
